Alexandra Harrison
Our founder and team lead, Alexandra, helps teams win complex, high-stakes pursuits by bringing order, clarity, and calm to what could otherwise be a stressful and chaotic process.
Since 2012, she has worked alongside engineering, geoscience, construction, mining, transportation, software, and project management teams on large capital projects, guiding them through proposals where the stakes are high, timelines are tight, and expectations are exacting. Over the past two years alone, her work has helped clients secure more than $500 million in awarded work.
Clients value working with her because she doesn’t just write proposals, she leads the process. She keeps teams on track, manages competing priorities, and creates structure where there is uncertainty. She has a proven ability to draw clear, compelling content from even the most reserved subject matter experts, translating technical complexity into persuasive, well-organized submissions that evaluators can easily score.
Throughout every engagement, she provides steady support, practical guidance, and clear direction. Clients always know where they stand, what comes next, and what matters most. When challenges arise, she does what it takes to move the work forward and deliver the strongest possible submission.
She founded Precision Writing in 2015 to provide proposal leadership grounded in strategy, discipline, and results. She is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), the Society for Technical Communication (STC), and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Victoria, along with certificates in editing and technical writing from Simon Fraser University.

Kelda Senior
Kelda Senior is a U.S.-based accredited public relations and marketing professional, proposal manager, and A/E/C industry marketer with more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications and over a decade supporting engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and industrial firms across the United States and Canada. Since entering the A/E/C industry in 2015, she has led and supported complex pursuits for state departments of transportation, municipal agencies, regional authorities, and private-sector clients, specializing in capture planning, RFP management, technical writing, proposal strategy and document design.
Her proposal portfolio spans transportation, civil infrastructure, water, geospatial, environmental, and mining projects, with experience supporting multi-state and Canadian pursuits for public- and private-sector clients. Kelda is known for producing clear, compliant, and compelling proposals that help firms win new work and build long-term client partnerships.
She is a member of WTS International, the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
Brandon Plunkett
Brandon is a senior proposal strategist with over 15 years of experience helping organizations across Canada secure millions of dollars in high-stakes public and private sector contracts. He brings a unique competitive advantage to every bid by leveraging his background in public sector leadership combined with decades of entrepreneurial and professional services work. This unique perspective allows him to navigate complex requirements and decision-making environments with confidence, ensuring submissions are not only compliant but deeply resonant with both the customer teams he integrates with and the proposal evaluators.
His subject matter expertise spans sectors, including Technology, Healthcare, Staffing, Utilities, Engineering, and Nonprofits. Brandon acts as a strategic bridge between business and technical stakeholders, drawing on 30 years of technical experience and senior-level roles within provincial healthcare and major utility organizations to provide high-quality, meaningful responses. Through his extensive work with procurement and legal departments from the inside, Brandon possesses a deep understanding of evaluator constraints and needs, allowing him to cut through generic "sales fluff" and “AI slop” and position clients strategically.
Beyond individual bids, Brandon specializes in building scalable proposal capabilities, designing the templates, content libraries, and systems that help organizations respond more consistently as they grow. He employs a human-centered, relationship-based approach that focuses on authentic storytelling to stand out against generic, bulk RFP-mill strategies. By combining keen attention to detail with an iterative, growth-based methodology, he reduces internal strain for his clients while delivering clear, compelling, and award-winning proposals.
